Additionally, now more than ever it is important to make sure you work with your HR/legal staff to have a well written Employee Handbook. Make sure it is up to date on all the latest employment laws, policies and procedures. It is also important to make sure you document and properly respond to any allegation or incident, and are properly covered by a good EPLI policy.
